Lara had gone out to say goodbye to her best friend before she left for the country. They both sat at an eatery while they had their little chit-chat.
The eatery was decorated with glowing lamps and one could see a few couples clustered around different tables while they discussed things romantically.
"It's a good thing that you choose to at least visit me and say your goodbyes before you leave," her friend had said, adjusting her hair.
"I know that it won't be easy to start abroad, I can only imagine what my parents would have to say. Huh, they might throw questions about me and Christian which I know I wouldn't be able to answer. I mean, I did absolutely nothing to save the marriage I had with him." Lara said gloomily.
