Juliet quickly scrambled to her feet, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. She straightened her clothes nervously, trying to compose herself as she glanced at the paparazzi and reporters who were eagerly watching them.
"No, it's not what you think," she stammered, her voice barely audible over the hum of the crowd and the clicking of cameras.
Caleb, still sitting on the floor, couldn't help but smirk at the absurdity of the situation. He ran a hand through his hair, his eyes twinkling with amusement despite the tension in the air.
"Relax, Juliet," he said softly, looking up at her. "Let them think what they want."
Juliet shook her head, her hands trembling slightly. "We have to get out of here."
