Chapter 110: ADDITIONAL LESSON
When Jade entered Xina’s room that morning, the usual warmth between them was noticeably absent. Not that they had ever been particularly close, but Xina could feel the lingering anger in Jade’s demeanor, a reflection of the disappointment she felt over Xina's actions the previous night. Jade, ever the perfectionist, was upset that Xina had once again failed to act in the dignified manner expected of a future queen.
