Matthew continued, "The batch of smart community systems we delivered last week has some serious issues. The support team is getting swamped with customer complaints, and everyone's barely keeping up. I was hoping you could share some advice on how to deal with this."
Aaron frowned as he considered the problem. "What exactly is going wrong with the systems?"
Sierra stayed quiet, simply observing Aaron. She noticed how quickly he picked up on the details of past projects and how naturally he stepped into a leadership role. A faint smile crossed her face.
Once the conversation came to an end, Matthew let out a relieved sigh. "Thanks, Mr. Blackwood. With your input, we should at least be able to manage the immediate issue."
"No need to be so formal. I've always thought of you all as friends."
Knowing he had gotten the help he came for, Matthew got ready to leave.
