Once they arrived at the hospital, Shane didn't enter while Abigail and Wendy stuck close to Nina. She knew that they were afraid she'd try to pull some kind of trick, so they hovered over her like hawks. Their constant surveillance put her on edge. She couldn't pull out her phone to check for updates. Although Lisette had assured her earlier that everything should go smoothly, she still didn't know for sure. What if something went wrong?
