A rough hand shoved her forward, forcing her into a room. Her blindfold was ripped off, though her hands and feet were still bound. She was pushed into a chair, and the bright lights overhead made her eyes water.
Silas stood nearby, watching her like a hawk, his body tense with suspicion.
"Where is it?" he demanded, getting straight to the point.
Celeste smiled, blinking innocently up at him. "If I tell you, do I get to walk out of here alive?"
