“You're off this morning,"Marcelo said, his voice a little raspy. He was a light sleeper by nature, and could run on four hours of sleep each day. The only reason he stayed in bed these past few hours was his soft woman who cuddled next to him. He took a deep breath, inhaling her unique scent, and closed his eyes. Last night had been utter bliss. Still unconvinced,Renee grabbed her phone from the nightstand. Joseph had sent a message saying that he was going to lecture the lead actors for the first half of the day and asked the makeup team to take a rest in the meantime. He had sent it around midnight. Something didn't add up. Why the short notice? After staring at her screen for a beat or two, she heard Marcelo mumble, "I asked him to send you that message." Renee’s face scrunched up. She was both shocked and outraged. So, that was why he hadn't let up on her until the early hours of dawn. He already knew she didn't have to get up for work!
