Bryce avoided the question and kept his eyesight focused on the road in front of him. He'll be damned before ever admitting to the fact that he was jealous.
Why would he be jealous anyways? He never gets jealous. He made people get jealous and not the other way around so this particular question was totally uncalled for.
"Are you going to answer or keep on avoiding my question like a plague?" Max primped.
Bryce darted his eyes at him briefly and resumed driving again.
"I'm not jealous." He snapped. His Jawline ticked and his brows knitted together. His lips pressed together in a tight frown and he lets out series of exasperated sighs.
"Good. Then it shouldn't be of any concern to you if Hera gets involved with another man." Max said with an air of finality.
