Viennel took off her high heels. The heels were too thin, making it hard to walk, and they made a lot of noise on the floor. If they were going to climb over the balcony, the shoes would be a hassle.
Similarly, Parkerfall’s leather shoes made loud noises, so both of them took off their shoes. Viennel also took off her dress, leaving only a short-sleeved shirt and knee-length shorts.
“You look like you’re here to play tennis, not visit a club,” Parkerfall laughed.
“You look like you’re here to have fun,” Viennel replied. “I’ll call some pretty waitresses to serve you. Hope you don't disappoint them.”
“Oh? You mean by giving them bigger tips?” Parkerfall understood Viennel’s implication but didn’t continue the topic.
Viennel knew Parkerfall was changing the subject, so she said, “I’m sure they wouldn’t mind bigger tips without having to do much. Where else could they find such an easy job?”
“Oh, dear Viennel, I think you’ve become bad,” Parkerfall said with a half-smile.
