CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX FRUSTRATION AT THE PEAK
SASHA'S POV
I paced back and forth in my small silently , my frustration growing with each passing day and eating me from the inside out. These people were imaging Avery funny game and I still have not been able to figure out why.
It actually did cross my mind that Xander would know about this but I wanted to not believe it.
“Where is he?” I muttered to myself, my voice echoing off the cold stone walls. “Why won’t he see me? What’s going on? Is he even aware that I’m here?”
I had been brought to the pack’s headquarters, a sprawling castle-like structure, under the pretense of meeting with Xander but I knew that Beta is messing with me
Since my arrival, I had been kept isolated, with no sign of the Alpha or any explanation for my detention. The only people I had seen were the guards who brought me food and water, their faces expressionless and unyielding. They refused to answer my questions, leaving me with only my thoughts to keep me company.
I stopped pacing and slammed my fist
