CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY – FINDING THE PERFECT FIT
The next interview was a stark contrast. Raina Patel, a woman in her late fifties with kind eyes and a serene presence, sat across from Joan.
"Ms. Patel, your resume is quite impressive. Thirty years in the field?" Joan began.
Raina smiled warmly. "Yes, though it hardly feels like it. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities."
"What made you decide to seek a position here at this stage in your career?" Joan asked.
Raina's eyes twinkled. "I may have been in this field for a long time, Dr. Keppler, but I'm not one to rest on my laurels. The Lighthouse's approach to holistic mental health care intrigues me. I believe I have much to contribute, and even more to learn."
Joan leaned in, intrigued. "Can you elaborate on your experience with group therapy? We're looking to expand our offerings in that area."
"Of course," Raina nodded. "I've led group sessions for various demographics - addiction recovery, grief counseling, and most recently, a support group for healthca
