They spent the afternoon training their small administrative staff on the new systems. There were a few hiccups – Joan accidentally scheduled a therapy session for 3 AM, while Zoe somehow managed to bill a client $10,000 for a single session – but by the end of the day, everyone was feeling more confident.
Wednesday brought a focus on marketing and outreach. Joan and Zoe sat down with their newly hired marketing coordinator, Emma, to review the final drafts of their promotional materials.
"I love the tagline," Zoe said, looking at the brochure. "'Guiding you towards brighter shores.' It's perfect."
Joan nodded in agreement. "And the website looks great, Emma. It's professional but approachable, just like we wanted."
