"I don't need another apology."
After all, a late apology had no meaning.
Linda was too tired to care about these things. "William, I'm serious when I say my biggest hope for you is to never appear in my world again."
His presence would affect her judgment.
"I won't deny that I still have some feelings for you now. But these feelings won't last much longer. We can only be passersby in each other's life."
