Loid opened his eyes and propped his head up as he looked at Lily, who was peacefully sleeping. A doting smile spread across his lips.

Loid lay back down and pulled her into his embrace, holding her tightly. He rested his chin on her head and said softly, "It's so wonderful to have you by my side."
