Chapter 73- Set fire

“ I will be there as soon as possible!" Edward hangs up on his mother when she called him in the early morning. Charlotte's eyes open with a frown when she hears Edward talking with someone. His expression shows concern about something which forced her to ask what happened. ” Someone set fire to our fabric storehouse. I need to go. You stay here. My guards will be here until I return. And, I will take you home!" he said grabbing the shirt and planting a kiss on her forehead. Charlotte gets up in a hurry and tenses about it ”Shall I come with you?" “ No. You better stay here until I return. And don't worry about it so much!" Giving an assuring smile, he walks out with big steps. Charlotte's eyebrows knitted with sadness. Somehow her instinct is telling her, she knows who did it but she wants to shrug. They won't go that extreme. Wearing her pajamas, she walks out and looks down to the lobby where she can see Edward rushing out. Somehow, her heart is being on uneasiness. She doesn't
