Chapter38: Suspicious call

“ Charlotte! Wake up!”  Her eyelids tremble when Edward in low tone calls her to wake up. She is sleeping next to him after taking care of him for entire night.. “ Mm? Are you okay? What's wrong?” She gasps, and panics looking around. Her eyes are hazy and blur because of sleep.. “ Don't panic. I am fine.” He whispers in low tone. “ Then why? Are you Hungry? should I reheat the porridge?” she asked yawning.. “ I am sorry but I need to eat something right now. I haven't had anything for entire day!”  His voice resounds the guilty. He tried to hold back calling her to get up. If it was possible, he would have cooked for himself. But now, it's not a suitable for him to move. It will cause more problem for Charlotte..  “ OK. I will prepare something for you. You should stay still. Don't move. The fever has finally gone.” She presses her hand on his forehead and then on hers to compare the temperature. Edward smiles nodding obediently.  Morning 4:45 am, she looks at wristwatch on the table
