Chapter22: Shopping

“I will buy it for Suzy! You can rest in the car now.” after shopping few clothes, Charlotte speaks to Edward who is just trying his best to understand what he did wrong. She is avoiding him as much as she can.  “ I am fine.” He insists on joining her. She sighed walking towards the children's wear, but Edward stopped her once again. “ Did something happen that made you upset?”  Charlotte now looks at him. An invisible wall, definitely there has between them. However, she can't understand why she is getting so upset about it. She should know that everyone has their personal life. They are not like real couples who can know everything about themselves.  “ No. I am fine. Let's go.” She said glancing at him once. Edward gives a tight-lipped smile, before following her.  “ Shouldn't we buy a gift for your sister?” Attempting to get a conversation with her, he asked. Charlotte clenches her jaw, looking inside the shop..“ I don't think I want to give her something. She doesn't deserve it.” “
