"Why? Are you alright?" his father asked with concern, which was evident in his voice.
"Yeah, I just spent a better part of the night worrying about my friend... Keisha"
"Keisha Dawson?"
"Yeah," James nodded. "She got beat up the other day and was taken to the hospital. She hasn't been to class since then."
