  Simon's Pov Something different has been happening to me since Addison stepped foot in this place. No, since Lenora stepped her foot in this place. I thought I could handle her at first and kept my guard up around her, but without her even trying, my guard fell and here I am, comforting her and watching her sleep like a baby. Staring at how tight she held my hands even in her sleep made me feel some kind of warmth towards her. It took a long time for her to fall asleep, and I didn't want to move in case she woke up, so I had to wait until she did while listening to the rise and fall of her breath. Some while back, I could feel the pain she was feeling in her body and this was something unusual. I was able to transfer my energy to her body to calm her while I received her pain instead.
