My people felt upset that they had to wait longer before our case was finalized.
"Sheldon, please keep your voice down and stop accusing me." I exhaled sharply while standing in the middle of the brown cabin tent at the border.
"It's the Gamma that is distracting you, Cleo!" Sheldon would have none of my excuses. "You allowed our people to come here. We have elderly people, pregnant women, and children that are here with barely anything. They want answers!"
He believes that things should have been progressing faster. His concern was that with our people coming down from the mountains, they were sitting ducks at the border. We still had no better standard of living than where we were coming from. At least at Regant, we relied on ourselves and knew what we were about.
