It was on the fifth day after the cameras were installed that things came to a head. The lunch rush was in full swing, the kitchen a whirlwind of activity. Camila, still on edge from the loss of her recipe book, was barking orders with more venom than usual. Rafael, his patience wearing thin, finally snapped.
"Enough!" he roared, slamming down his knife. The kitchen fell silent, all eyes turning to the two chefs. "I've had it with your accusations and your attitude, Camila. I didn't take your damn book, and I'm sick of being treated like a criminal!"
Camila's eyes blazed. "Oh, so now the truth comes out! You think you can just waltz in here and take over? This is my kitchen, my restaurant!"
"Your restaurant?" Rafael scoffed. "Last I checked, you were just the head chef. A position you seem determined to lose with your paranoid delusions!"
