Well, this had caused a lot of uproar in the country. The state councils had gone against the treaty and requested that the president cancel the project treaty. This has resulted in a protest in the capital city of mecianda, langose. right now, the state council members are seeing entering into the purple house. The cars were blocked, the people walked around the street chanting songs of protest. "what was your sister's crime again?"Lara asked. "Murder. She was sentenced for a murder she knew nothing about. For five years, my sister was left to rot in that jail."James lamented. "I'm sorry about your sister but I'm gonna get her out. I'm gonna reopen her case. This could lead us to more mysteries. I guess the feathers or whatever they called themselves have something hidden."Jeremy said. He signals to yomi to continue his explanation. Yomi nodded and pointed to another picture. This time it was park young. "This is park young, the CEO of the parkgo airline that crashed." "This could be related to Abigail's death. Ever since we came back from carbuja no one is talking about it. The press ain't saying anything about it. I can't let her death be in vain like Felicia Watson's "Lara told them. "How could something that happened twenty years ago be connected to this?"Mary asked as she picked another file from the desk. "Because my family died.."Jeremy bang his hand on the table and groaned out in pain. "Jeremy take a deep breath. I think we should stop this for now."Yomi told them and pulled Jeremy by his hand. "I think that's enough Jeremy" "No Yomi, I must face this" "This could trigger a memory and you know what would happen after that"Yomi whispered in his ears. "Guys, guys...."Lara banged the table to get their attention and when they turned to face her, she pointed at her phone."I just got a call from the office and I need to leave now. Can we continue this meeting later? Maybe by then, we would have found more clues" "I think she is right. We can continue this meeting later. I also have to prepare for an interview tomorrow."Mary informed. "Wow! That's great news, Mary. you could finally become a reporter again" Lara commented. "Congratulations," they all said. I think this meeting should be adjourned, let's wait for the outcome of the meeting of the state councils and the president. "He concluded. In the first meeting, they were all against the feathers and now they were supporting them. He knew this was going to happen. The feathers always found a way to get what they want. "If you are in favor of the project say yes.." "Yes." the rest of the members all chorused.
