I followed Ariana up to the 25th floor of the World Trade Center. The view here was expansive, offering a beautiful distant landscape and even glimpses of the ocean.

I was stunned. "You leased the whole floor?"
"Yep." She nodded. "I paid for ten years' rent all at once. In ten years, we can either find an even better location or buy the entire building ourselves."
