My head felt so fuzzy at first as I slowly regained consciousness. It felt like I was run over by a thousand trucks at once; I couldn't move any part of my body, no matter how much I wanted to.
I had no idea where I was; this place smelled and looked so unfamiliar, and that made me feel even more pressured to wake up.
The last thing I remembered was sinking into the ground and seeing a figure loom over me; everything was just blank after that.

Gathering every strength left in me, I eventually opened my eyes. It felt much more difficult than it usually is, as I'm really weak.
The bright lights that attacked my eyes made me close them immediately. The next time I opened them, I was prepared for the brightness, and it didn't hurt my head that much.
I looked around the room to see that I was alone; the room looked deserted. I seemed to be the only person in the house with how quiet everything was, too.
