Chapter 53

　　"I thought you'd be sure. I haven't been out of this city for a year now. I wanted to go on a trip together and change my scenery." 　　Lauren nodded, "I'll go ask my colleagues how their vacation days work. You're right, we need a change of scenery every once in a while." 　　Jenny smiled. "Then it's settled." 　　The two chatted until midnight. When they couldn't keep their eyes open, they both got into bed and went to sleep soundly. 　　The next day, Lauren got off the bus and accidentally sprained her foot. 　　She blamed Jenny for making her wear high heels. She said that her usual flat shoes didn't suit her outfit. 　　But she was used to wearing short heels. She couldn't adapt to using high heels quickly enough. 　　In the morning rush hour, employees were coming to work from all directions. 　　Lauren walked slowly, but someone accidentally bumped into her on the way. She was about to fall, luckily someone was able to catch her.
