It's been about a month now after the witch's saga and everything has gone to normal, or almost. Things were finally turning around. The pack had started to look at me differently. They looked at me with respect.

Stepping outside the gates to get something, a sudden wave of dizziness hit me.
I stumbled and nearly fell, catching myself against the wall. The maid walking with me gasped, rushing to my side.
“My lady, are you alright?” she asked, concerned.
I smiled weakly, trying to wave her off.
“I’m fine. Just a little tired.”
But inside, I knew something was off. I hadn’t felt this kind of dizziness before, and it wasn’t just from fatigue.
I could feel it in my body, a strange sensation that made me uneasy.
She frowned but didn’t press further. “If you’re sure…”
“I am,” I lied, taking a deep breath and straightening up. “Let’s go.”
