Dominic watched her swift movements, nearly spilling his coffee. "Could you be a bit more careful? When I was injured, you were always reminding me to be cautious. Now that it's your turn, you act like you're not afraid your wound will reopen."
Standing up, she adjusted her clothing and put her sunglasses back on. "I know my body. I'm a doctor, after all. Where are we going?"
He stepped closer and took her sunglasses off. "You're a doctor, but that doesn't mean your body is any different from anyone else's. We'll just walk around the company. There's no need to hide."
Without her sunglasses, she felt exposed. "Let me wear them. I don't want to be recognized. You never used to be seen with me in public..."
