ASHER’S POV
I park my car in the garage and alight from it. I walk to the front door and ring the bell. Just Alora and I live here now. Luna’s parents insisted on taking her home after the miscarriage and there was nothing I could do.
I miss her.
I miss her dearly.
Her sweet melodious voice that always caused blood to sing in my veins anytime she spoke, her charming smile that lightens my entire day.
She’s my perfect queen.
I’m going to spend the night in her bedroom, that’s what I’ve been doing these past weeks.
I miss cuddling her, kissing her forehead and preparing her breakfast every morning before going to work.
I miss her so much that it hurts.
The front door is opened by Alora and the moment she sees me, her face lights up. I wonder why.
“Hey bro” she greets with a cheerful smile.
“Hello princess, sup?”
“All good”
“Not even a hug?” I ask with a creased brow.
“Nope” She walks into the house and I follow her, closing the door behind me. “Guess what?”
