Chapter 26 Goodbye

"Where did it go?" She sobbed. Just then a bottle came into her hand. She looked at it and it felt a little easy. She stumbled at my feet but took the support of the bed. "Water," she whispered. As her eyes weren't contemplating the glass of water slipped from her hand. Scarlett sat down on the bed, kept her palm on her head, and heard the slightest opening of her room. She heard footsteps fast approaching her. She didn't look up to find out who was there. "Are you fine?" She felt a hand on her shoulder. Scarlett didn't reply. The bed was dipped. A hand came to the side of her face making her look up. "Look at me." It was a request. "Alexander," she took his name. Earlier in the hotel, it was he who was stubborn to hear it. But here he didn't need to do anything. "Shh!!" He stopped her from saying anything further. Her forehead was covered with sweat. Her eyes were half-closed. "Can you get me some pills?" She forwarded a bottle towards me. "Pills?" Alexander frowned.
