Kelly’s POV
I was sitting in front of Klay. Beside me was Pierce. We’re in our house and we called Klay here to talk about what we need to do. There was a series of deafening silence reigning us. There are so many things going on in my mind. I feel awkward. I was used to lashing out at Klay whenever I saw him and seeing him now, after everything, felt awkward.
Pierce cleared his throat. “We need your help.”
Pierce has always been ambitious and proud but he knows when to lower down his pride and that’s probably one of his traits that I like. He knows what to say and what to do at the right time especially now that he’s matured enough to understand every point of view of the story.
