Kelly’s POV
I smiled at Pierce while the female staff was helping me pick out a wedding gown. He was staring at me intensely. His eyes were soft and full of admiration. I couldn’t help but to feel flush. I felt butterflies in my stomach as well as shivers in my body.
Pierce Anderson. The man who protected me. The man I fell in love with. My first love. My first heartbreak. Who would’ve thought we’ve come this far? I didn’t know that after I left, he’d find me and wait for me. I wasn’t expecting him to wait for me, actually. I readied myself in case I came back that he’s married. But…he didn’t marry.
