The candidates for the interview were all top graduates from prestigious universities, majoring in finance and management. Each of them had at least five years of company management experience.
One of them, a man named Roberto Becker, caught my attention.
"Your annual salary in Taracon Valley is significantly higher than what our company is offering. What made you choose a relatively unknown entertainment company like ours?" I raised an eyebrow as I glanced at his resume, which listed an annual salary nearing a hundred million.
It was unusual for someone with such a high-paying job in Taracon Valley to come to a small entertainment company. Not that I was undervaluing my own business, but realistically, the company was still in its growth phase and had no major accomplishments yet.
I was confident in the future of the company, but Roberto knew nothing about its internal workings. How could a basic salary of a few million attract him? It was suspicious.
