Chapter 60
Sara and I started growing a lot closer during the rest of the holidays. We would both go shopping together in whatever clothing stores were closest to us and we were actually starting to get along like true sisters. Well, sisters that didn’t live together and get on each other’s nerves.
We were playfully bickering with each other and we decided that we were going to pick out clothes for each other that we thought would look good on each other and we were having a lot of fun doing it.
“What about this one?” Sara asked, showing me a floral short that I really didn’t like.
“No. I don’t think so.” I said. And she started laughing.
“What about this?” She asked, holding up a flower power shirt.
“Are you deliberately picking things that you know I’ll hate? Because I’ll do the same to you if you want.” I threatened and she started laughing.
“Alright. I’ll stop now.” She said.
“Man, I never knew having a little sister would be so annoying.” I said. And she feigned heartache when I said that.
