Chapter 62 The Identity of Joseph
Joseph took another cherry tomato and ate it before replying to Megan.
"Back then, Grandpa chased me out of Martinez Holdings. Now, of course, he has to personally invite me back."
"You and the Martinezs don't seem like a family," Megan remarked as she prepared the meal.
After saying that, she quickly corrected herself.
"It should be said that they do not regard you as family, but rather as a foe. What is the reason for this?"
She didn't understand why Sir Martinez treated Joseph so badly.
He was greedy for power and money, so he kicked his grandson out of the company after a severe car accident. It was reasonable.
But he gave the position of president to his incompetent son.
It was illogical to equate a grandson who had strengthened Martinez Holdings with a worthless son. This was absurd.
With a casual tone, Joseph said to Megan, "Grandpa didn't like my dad."
The implication was that Sir Martinez preferred the main branch.
This explanation was not enough to convince Megan.
