Chapter 29 The Kiss Mark on Megan's Neck

Megan did not destroy the device. She gestured to Joseph to let him know and pretended not to have noticed. She continued to search, but fortunately, she didn't find any other listening devices or cameras. Otherwise, it would be more troublesome to treat Joseph. She looked at Joseph and asked, "Do you want to take your medicine first, or clean first?" As she spoke, she glanced in the direction of the bathroom. Joseph knew that Megan had something to say to him, so he replied, "Cleaning first. I'll take medicine before going to bed." "Okay, you go to the bathroom first. I'll fetch the pajamas for you." Joseph nodded and drove his wheelchair to the bathroom. As he pushed the door open, he smelled a strong perfume, which made him cough a few times. When he coughed, his body tensed up unconsciously. It hurt so much that he gritted his teeth. When Megan heard the sound, she immediately walked to the bathroom. Before she got close, she smelled a strong perfume mixed with a smell.
