Alessandro frowned, studying the envelope. "There's no return address, no identifying marks. Whoever this is, they clearly want to remain anonymous."
"But can we trust them?" Amelia asked, biting her lip. "What if this is just another of Dante's tricks?"
Claudia shook her head. "I've had my team working on verifying these documents all night. As far as we can tell, they're genuine. This could be the break we've been waiting for."
They brought the new evidence to Regina, who was equally cautious but optimistic. "This is certainly compelling," she mused, flipping through the pages. "But we need to be careful about how we use it. We don't want to open ourselves up to accusations of using tainted evidence."
Over the next few weeks, they worked tirelessly to corroborate the information provided by their mysterious ally. Each piece of evidence that checked out felt like a small victory, renewing their hope and determination.
