Chapter 45 Taking Action

Sally was about to hail a taxi to see Laura, but just as she finished getting dressed, her phone rang! For some reason, her heart suddenly skipped a beat. She had a feeling this call would bring bad news. As soon as she answered, a haughty voice came through the phone, "Are you Sally?" Sally was startled, "Who are you?"
