Chapter 12 - Lunchtime

Lunchtime "Good afternoon" Mrs McClure, Mike and Vicky's neighbor greeted Vicky as she carried Josh on her arm and was about to go in after parking her car at the garage. "Oh! Afternoon Mrs. McClure" Vicky answered excitedly. "How was your trip to the beach?" Mrs. McClures asked her because it was a sunday noon and she noticed they were just returning from the beach plus Josh had informed her about their trip to the beach when he was with them last night. "How did you know we went out and to the beach?" Vicky asked. "I told her mom," Josh answered. "Yes he did, " Mrs. McClure said with a smile. "Where's Mike?" Mrs McClure asked surprised because Vicky came in separately. "He's on his way," Vicky answered. "You both went out in different cars?" Mrs McClure asked, surprised.
