Chapter 6
For the next couple of days, I continued staying at the hotel.
Bianca would come and find me every day. However, she wasn't as cold and pompous as before anymore. Instead, she was very gentle and soft-spoken with me.
She even brought breakfast for me every morning without fail. But she never once brought up the divorce papers.
I lost my patience when I saw that she was still trying to get me to stay.
"Bianca Leblanc, stop playing games with me. You know that nothing and nobody can ever change my mind once I've made it up. It has and will always be like that."
Bianca's spoon dropped to the ground, and she looked pained. She covered her ears with her hands and refused to listen to me. She did that as if she would be able to numb herself from this.
"Honey, I know that I've wronged you in the past and have been nothing but cold to you. But we've been married for three years! It's normal for married couples to bicker. Can't you forgive me just this once? I've already cut off all ties
