Enzo looked at Belle with an inexplicable expression. "Oh? Why do I get the feeling that you know Mr. Archer quite well, Ms. Cotton?" Belle's expression shifted slightly when she heard what he said. They used to share a marital bed. How was she not supposed to know Kyle very well? With that said, their marriage was a smudge in her history. She would never say it out loud. "I guess I know him a little, if at all. I just can't make sense of something, Mr. Rivas. Kyle has just been released from prison. How is it that the Rivas family owes him a favor already?" Belle needed to know how the whole thing tied up if she wanted to gauge Kyle's relationship with the Rivas family. Otherwise, she would have too many concerns when she executed her plan.
