Andrew's expression was inscrutable as he stared at Terence Jacobson. As though realizing something, he mused, "You sneaked out, didn't you? Do your parents know you came here alone?" "Don't worry, boss. I left them a note," Terence said with a grin. "They won't come after me. I'll officially be a grown-up in a few more days!" Terence was the young man whom Andrew had spoken to the other day. He was single-handedly responsible for revealing all of Zach and his subordinates' dirty secrets on the internet. Andrew and Terence met five years ago, when the former had gone into the mountains to be mentored in medicine. There were days when Andrew would shadow his mentor during consultations, which required them to come down from the mountains. Terence's mother had happened to be one of their patients. At the time, Terence had been 12 or 13 years old and hadn't liked Andrew very much. Their relationship had started out rocky, and it had remained that way for some time. Andrew hadn't mi
