Elliot shook his head. "Asher's interests are different from yours." He did not want to mention Asher's health issues, so he chose a different explanation that would be easier for Adora to accept. Sheena noticed this detail and exchanged a satisfied glance with Elliot. Adora looked conflicted. She wanted to go but did not want to leave Asher behind. Elliot teased, "You're worried about Asher? What about Mommy and me?" With her cheeky demeanor, Adora huffed and placed her hands on her hips. "Daddy, you and Mommy are always together. You two are so in love, and I'm stuffed with your lovey-dovey stuff. But Asher is different." Adora paused, then continued. "Asher only has me. Right now, it's just the two of us. We also have our own—" Before she could finish, Asher covered her mouth. He corrected her, "Adora, mind your words. We're siblings, and certain things can't be said so bluntly." "Why?
