If Julia had come to Miravell for medical treatment, she would have gone to the large hospital in the city center. The fact that she was at the clinic meant her visit was unplanned, and there must be another reason for her to be in Miravell. "Hels, what are you staring off into space for?" Abigail interrupted, waving a hand in front of Helen's face. By the time Helen turned her head, Julia had already walked out the door. "Abigail, did you see that woman?" Given Helen's pregnancy, she had to rely on Abigail to take action. "Huh?" Despite her earlier sluggishness, Abigail quickly snapped to attention. She glanced at the door and confidently thumped her chest. "Don't worry, I've got this. I'll have news for you soon! "James, look after Helen." After handing Helen over to James, Abigail rushed out like a whirlwind. Helen took a moment
