It was midday, and the sun was shining warmly. At the villa to the right of the antique house, Kingsley had just finished showering and strolled over to the poolside, wrapped in a bath towel. He applied a face mask and lay down to sunbathe. Before long, he drifted off to sleep. In his daze, he saw a figure approaching him. When he opened his eyes again, it was Abigail. He was startled and sat up abruptly. "What are you doing here?" "I came to see you," Abigail said gently with a smile. It was then that Kingsley realized something was off about her. She wasn't dressed in her usual men's clothes. Her hair was loose, and she wore a lacy princess dress, looking sweet and charming—completely different from her usual self. Kingsley swallowed hard, and his cheeks flushed for no apparent reason. "You… came to see me? Is something wrong?" "Come here." "Huh?" "How can you hear me clearly if you don't come closer?"
