"It's fine," replied Benjamin. Lorraine could tell that this man who had mistaken her for someone else was deeply regretful. She could tell that he must have had quite a history with the woman named Carol. But Lorraine and Benjamin were just strangers to each other, and she was not the type of person to pry into other people's affairs. She turned around to leave after Benjamin had apologized. Benjamin could not help but call out to Lorraine, "Ms. Somner?" Lorraine stopped and turned around. "Is there something else, Mr. Benjamin?" Her cold and distant reply reminded Benjamin once more that they were simply strangers and that she was not the Carol that he had been looking for. "No, it's nothing," replied Benjamin. Lorraine then turned around to leave once more without saying anything else. Benjamin did not stop her again and instead just watched as she slowly left. He stared at her back as he muttered to himself. "She really looks like her!" But their faces were different fro
