Tiffany was surprised to find another person here. She gaped at the newcomer standing in the doorway and was too shocked to react.
"Jenson?"
Jenson glanced at Brianna, who was being held hostage, and calmly said, "Drop the needle, Tiffany."
Tiffany wasn't going to listen to him. Instead, she tightened her grip on Brianna and threatened, "I knew you were up to no good, Jenson. Let me go, or Brianna dies."
Jenson chuckled and nonchalantly said, "If stabbing her will make you feel better, go ahead."
His tone made it sound like Brianna was nothing more than a stray dog, as if her life had no value.
Brianna gazed at Jenson and bit her lower lip.
