Jasmine I sat on the bed, waiting for the triplets to arrive. The book in my hand was literally untouched, I hadn't read a word. Half of my mind was still occupied with worrisome thoughts about Martha's earlier behavior. She was hiding something for me, for sure. Or was I just overthinking? The restlessness in her did say something else. All my childhood was a blur, I didn't remember any of it except for the memories with Martha that I collected over the years. It was strange how even the face of my mom and dad is now a blur. My thoughts were broken when the door slowly opened. Lucien was the first one to come into my view before my eyes caught the sight of the other two vampires. "You are still awake," Micheal spoke, suddenly my eyes drifted to the clock.
