Alpha Marcus' sister was beautiful and sophisticated-looking, and the guy standing next to him equally matched her appearance. He was also tall and handsome, rough-looking but his long white hair made him look like some sort of a prince. "So you're Milena," said the man, whom I remember was called Hugo. He's Ava's mate, and the two of them were the ones trying to take the leadership of the pack from Alpha Marcus. "H-Hello..." I said nervously, already worried that they might do something to me since all I heard about the two of them weren't great things. "You're young," Ava commented. "I wasn't expecting you to be as young as you are. Now I'm not too sure if you're really fit to become the Luna of the pack." "Well, I'll just follow what Alpha Marcus will say," I told them. We were facing each other like this was an interview, the noise of the party echoing all around us. "You don't have to worry about me. I'll try to get along with you too." The pair looked at each other before Ava
