Chapter 70 Ruckus
Ivy walked into her home and saw her mum reading a book in the living room then adjusted her face and composed herself because her mother could always tell when something was bothering her... like she could smell emotions.
She bounded to her mother in a doting and bubbly manner, "Mummy," she gave her mother a tight hug as she recomposed herself.
"Ivy? Are you alright dear?"

Her mother laughed at her antics and took off her reading glasses.

Ivy giggled and swayed from side to side.
"Mum, I got you your favorite flowers," she picked it off her side where she had carefully placed it and presented it to her mum with a big smile.
