Clark suddenly stood up, causing Judy to step back instinctively.
He approached her and said coldly, "What? You're not satisfied with the tonics? Your grandma didn't take them?
"Or perhaps you have no idea what I'm talking about?"
Clark grabbed her by the throat and pressed her fiercely against the cabinet.
Judy let out a startled cry, her hoarse voice sounding particularly helpless.
Judy grimaced in pain, tears filling her innocent eyes, but Clark's heart remained unmoved.
He detested lies, especially such clumsy ones.
"I've been too lenient with you, letting you think you can get away with these little tricks right under my nose."
Judy shook her head, her face flushing red.
"Tell me. Where did you go today?"

"Is that so? You disappeared for the whole day out of thin air?"
Clark tilted Judy's head back forcefully, revealing a pained expression. She clutched onto his arms and struggled desperately.
